Soft rubber, well-made. If it fits your bins, you'll be happy.

Useful as stereo microscope lens cap.
I bought two. They work great as dust covers for my stereo microscopes. It’s an alternate use, but best if your scope’s ocular outside diameter is about 38mm. It’s hard to find microscope lens caps that size.

Size information inadequate.
These rainguards do not fit my Nikon Monarch 5 10X42 binoculars, though comments from other buyers led me to think that they would fit. The different sizes of rainguards are listed without a vital piece of information - the diameter of the cap. Now I need to order a larger size. This could have been avoided if the dimensions were more fully described for the various sizes.

good product, though didn't exactly fit
Lost eyecaps for my Celestron 10x32. These are a very tight fit but durable product, and work if forced on.
