CHENILLE KRAFT 1 INCH GLITTER POMS - 40 PACK

I bought these for my kitten. She already had 2 - 2" balls from a local pet food store. I made the mistake of opening the Amazon package in front of her. SHE SAW THE PACKAGE OF GLITTER POMS AND HAD TO HAVE ALL OF THEM RIGHT THEN AND THERE. SHE WOULDN'T LET ME SAVE SOME FOR LATER. She comes to me and wants me to either flick it or throw it. She is on the hunt. She brings it back to me to do it for hours, nonstop. And she guards them like they are gold bullion. When I pick them up off the floor to put them back where she can pick which ones she wants, she gives me a very serious stare......anger in her eyes. She loves to bat them, fetch them, play by herself when she feels like it. And, if it goes toward her, she jumps straight up and swats it directly at my forehead! She won't play with any of the more pricey toys. I was concerned before I ordered them them that 1" may not be big enough for her safety. However, They were the perfect size for playing with; and she is very possessive of them. I will continue to purchase these. She hides them in places I haven't found yet (the trash after they get too wet or used? The toilet?). She wants more!!! I think she is obsessed with hoarding these. I love them as much as she does. She is so silly when she plays with them. The colors are very vibrant and beautiful. They hold up extremely well, even if a tinsel or two comes loose (see other reviews). You really will be happy with this purchase. I AM AND BABY BOO WANTS MORE AND MORE!

I know that these glitter poms are made for arts and crafts but my cats absolutely LOVE them!! They go crazy for them. But I have to get 3 different sizes. One of my cats likes the 2 inch, one likes the 1/2 inch, and Sugar HAS to have the 1 inch!! They are very picky I guess!! They also will not play with just the regular pom poms without the glitter..It HAS to have the glitter! I find the glitter all over my apartment but it's worth all the smiles and laughter I get when I watch them play!! Creativity Street has excellent customer service. I ordered the pom poms without the glitter by accident, they gave me a refund in less then a day and 2 days later I got my glitter poms! 5 STARS 2 THUMBS UP!! Okay, I must have very particular kittens. I have tried balls with bells in them, mylar balls, cork screw things and well they 'will' play with those, but I found a glitter pom somewhere and they LOVED it. I bought a package of assorted and they took the big ones upstairs and the one dog that doesn't do stairs yet tore it up. So they took another one up and she tore that one up. The small ones either they don't take upstair or the dog doesn't bother with them. One of the kittens (2) actually tries to help herself to them, she knows where I keep them in a Ziplock baggy in cubby, and will remove the plastic bag and try and open it or sit there staring at everybody until somebody help her out or finds an existing one. The GLITTER poms are the only ones she really likes, regular ones just don't do it for her.

These balls would be perfect for my kitty, if they were a little larger. They are smaller, than I thought...although, I knew I was taking a chance lol. My girl is a huge fan of the “original” glitter balls, that are very tough, can be thrown a long distance, and measure 1.5”, but I cannot seem to find them ANYWHERE!!! We have somehow managed to find and keep around, about 3 of the original balls, from a previous cat. Well...they have disappeared, so I went with these. She is slowly starting to come around, and play with them. A few times a day, I throw it, and she’ll run after it, but then just stare at me. We aren’t giving up! Ha - It was definitely worth the money, if your kitty likes the smaller size/lighter weight balls!

Exactly what I wanted, and that's because my kitty loves these 1" glitter balls best of all the sizes available. He plays catch, bats them around like a soccer player, carries them in his mouth to whatever location he considers the best place to toss them around pretending it's a bug. We even have a game we play when I'm in the bathroom (hmmm, you know your kitty always wants in, if you're in there), where he waits outside the bathroom at the gap between door and floor, and Inside I roll the glitter ball to the gap and he bats it back to me. The first of this size glitter ball came as an added gift in a toy purchase I made. I took one look at the tiny ball and told myself how ridiculous it was, why kitty won't pay any attention to these. I was so wrong! He once had some glitter balls about 1 1/2" that he loved, but when they were lost, I found that none of the pet stores carry them, but now we have these and we're happy.

My new kitten loved the two little balls that i had from a previous stocking i got my other cats that they didn't like. She found them in the toy box and went crazy over them to play fetch. However she kept losing the two. We got her these so we have a good supply for when we run out. P.S. for a "cat toy" like this in a pet store you're going to pay about $5 for a couple. Don't waste your money! These are the way to go! I even bought some for a friend of ours cat who hates toys that went crazy over these

We used these as cat toys, as one of my cats is obsessed with them! They work great!

These are not 1" in diameter. They are more like 3/4".
