True HP Item... at a great price
Not much to say other the the important points...This was a new, authentic HP toner cartridge as advertised... no clone or refilled cartridge (where the seller is sly not to say that).Delivery was fastPrice was great when buying this package of 2.I do not pront a whole lot... but the price of this '2 pack' was a great deal. I will probably not need toner now until the end of life of my printer !Jim

Have used these for years.
Always have great results with the colors. What I really appreciate however is that in the many years I have used them, not ONE has ever leaked. My printer is 15 years old and still works great. I feel these cartridgeshave a lot to do with that.

Dual pack is a good way to go
I've found that HP toner is worth the price difference. The dual pack makes the cost less as compared to individual purchases. I feel that HP charges a little too much for cartridges but Amazon prices make the cartridges prices closer to refilled cartridge prices so I spend the difference. I also like the fact that HP supplies a prepaid shipping label to return the used cartridge. This product was sold by an Amazon retailer but I found them to deliver the product in a very timely manner and I won't hesitate to buy from the again.

expensive but better than knock-offs
Works flawlessly and lasts about a year (I print 10-20 pages a day).

Best toner cartridge system
I have refilled cartridges from bulk toner, and also purchased "rebuilt" cartridges. Over the long haul, I have to say it is better to buy the HP, real McCoy, cartridges. They work every time, don't leak, and print as many copies as HP claims without problems. Fast and clean to install. Super excellent quality prints with my HP laser printer, and we use it a LOT. (A couple of reams a day.) I have an HP inkjet printer that I hate (jams), so this is not, "I love HP." But this product is good.

Toner is very faded
Toner didn’t work the color was very faded. You can barely see the letter printed. We tried to troubleshoot and it didn’t work and called the customer service no answer. Waste of a very expensive product. Very disappointing

Longevity
I'm always hesitant to buy the compatible cartridges for our hp printer, because I have had trouble in the past with the printer not recognizing the cartridge. However, I am sick of spending so much on hp toner, so decided to give these a try, because of the good reviews.I was pleasantly surprised when I put the toner in and the screen said "hp toner detected!" Wow! Now I am back to buy the colored set and am hoping they are just as good. The savings is worth it so far.
