Heard about these from Rush Limbaugh about 15 years ago, I think. We use these every time we feel like were getting sick. Along with Airborne, it's a great combination to stop that cold from coming on. I have a long term emergency flyaway kit with drugs, first aid, etc. I keep at least four or five boxes of Zicam and Airborne in this flyaway kit.

Great product. Great value compared to what we pay here in Alaska for them. When first sign of illness take one before bed and in the morning for a few days to reduce getting sick. A must use for travel days.
