Hi: No it is not from Natto. It is from MenaQ7, also referred to as MK7. When you buy, be aware that the best strength is 200 microgram K2 vit daily (you should be able to find that amount in one capsule, not having to take two 100 mcg), and best when vitamin D3 vitamins are added.Best regards from Venka

There are warnings not to take K2 if you are on blood thinners....guess it thins the blood. Better ask your doctor or do some research if you have concerns.

I don't know anything about the other vitamin K's, but this brand of K2 is what my Doctor has me taking along with calcium. He doesn't see the need for any other Vitamin K supplements. He is a more holistic Doctor so he believes in supplements to stay healthy!
