Most of the time these type of products don't work the way you would expect them to. I was very surprised that within three days the dark spots from sun damaged skin started to fade. These spots had gotten even darker over the years and I was very conscious of them. I also use it on misc. dark spots as well. I'm a male that surfed for years and didn't really take care of my skin but the Nutrogena retinal with vitamin C has really made a difference. I'm careful to put sunscreen on when out in the sun as recommended. Give it a try.

Been using this daily for a month and a half now and it's definitely lightening up my brown spots on my cheeks. The product said that you might feel a warm sensation while it's working but I haven't really felt that and I have very sensitive skin. I am going to continue to use it and will update my review in a few months but it's already helping a lot so far.

Neutrogena make the best skin products. I use this to mitigate a few dark spots on my face and hands. The dispenser atop the tube never clogs. You only need one pump to do the job. I have been using this for 5 years. No issues.

I bought this cream however, I have used it numerous times but it is not as expected so I had stopped using it. Not satisfied.

I bought some a few years back to correct a dime sized dark spot on my forehead. It took maybe a month for it to totally remove the spot and it hasn't returned after 3 years. Absolutely no issue's.

Been using this produce for 5 months now. Apply 2 times a day, use sunscreen whenever I’m outside. This product does not only not lighten my dark spots, I believe that my dark spots have actually gotten darker over the past 5 months.This product is useless for dark spots!

Goes on smooth with good coverage. I like the slight tingle that lets me know it's doing something. No skin irritation using 2X per day. Too early to comment on the effectiveness with my dark sun spots. Will update after 30 days.
