Good product

Excellent product, my wife took six a day because of need, but her liver functions always were off, but after 3 years of taking her black her livr functions were normal.

A blessing in a bottle

I was introduced to this product over 15 years ago by a Shaklee rep, and still had the old bottle which turned up after a move. It is quite effective, but you should choose your dosage based on your size and the seriousness of your condition.The instructions say to take 4 tablets. Unless you are free to spend the following day in the bathroom, I would advise against this. 2 at night with water before bed is plenty for me, especially since I drink a couple cups of high-test coffee each morning which has an additional laxative effect.I want to give an accurate review, based on my experience, so have tried to communicate the benefits and warnings as politely as possible. YMMV - I only deducted one star bc the instructions are not a "one size fits all" situation.

It’s the perfect amount of laxative for when I take supplemental Iron. I would otherwise be constipated if I were to take iron alone.

My husband has been using this product for the past forty years. So I guess you could say he likes the way it works.
