Great prenatal! Did a lot of research and these seamed like a good option. My doctor and nurse approve - so far so good! I've been taking for a few months and baby is happy and healthy. My nail and hair also feel great, plus no side effects or nasty after taste.

Love them! But I needed to add more vitamin D to the mix, as it is very low -for me at least. The rest of the ingredients are really good! Seems all natural and good quality.

This is the only prenatal vitamin that states that it's a "prenatal" made with beef liver. It has no weird smell or taste. It has ginger to help soothe nausea, the liver helps with low iron-so more energy! They quality is so good. It sells out so grab 2 bottles when it's available! Highly recommend!

Really loved these while pregnant and could totally tell when I forgot to take them. Doesn't taste horrible, they're not giant horse pills like some prenatals, and I love the ingredients. Highly recommend.

Great prenatal, easy to take and easy on the stomach

I had headaches every day for 2 weeks while taking these before I realized it might be the product that was causing them. As soon as I stopped taking them, the headaches went away. I tried one again, and got another headache a few hours later.I’m thinking it has way too much vitamin A in it.Missed my return window and I’m stuck with them now. Just be mindful.

I feel amazing taking these. It has ideal ingredients that are bioavailable compared to what I was taking. My only complaint is that I NEED a magnesium supplement, bc it's so low. Which is fine I have one, and I make sure to take a little extra zinc and vitamin d. Other than that I am hooked.Update- I started these prior to conception about two months beforehand. I am almost 7 months and baby is doing amazing. I still take these along with magnesium glycinate and haven't had any charlie horses this pregnancy at all and sleep amazing still. I also do 10k vitamin d3 + K2, and potassium. Very pleased with this prenatal still. Even through that nauseating first trimester this prenatal never caused problems/headaches. Highly recommend ❤️
