Excellent strong flavor
I use cinnamon daily on toast, in coffee and any other opportunity I can find. This cinnamon has a strong flavor, so you may need to use less. One of the best brands of cinnamon I’ve ever purchased.

Great on pizza, spaghetti sauce, put it in chili and be creative. Not overpowering which is nice.

Cinnamon Powder
It's okay. You know it's cinnamon powder when you use it. It wasn't very strong but you taste cinnamon in whatever you put it in. The scent is rich and it mixes well in my smoothies and puddings.
