This stuff is awesome. 10 to 20.minutes feeling less stressed. Didn't have to wait a month fir it to work. Calms me. Doesnt make me tired and irritable because I'm tired. Relaxed. Still energy to do everything. Helps me sleep better at night.

It’s a product that’s very effective it has no side effects though tablets could have been a bit smaller smells a bit odd but it can be bypassed.

I did not realize that drowsiness is a possible side effect since so many reviews say there are no side effects, but it is in fact written on the bottle. For me, this could be an effective nighttime tool for reducing anxiety. However, it makes me feel sedated to the point that I don't see it as a viable option for reducing stress/anxiety during the day. I'm not sure if it makes me less stressed/anxious, or if it just makes me too tired to care. Will not continue using this.

I have been taking this brand of supplements for several years now, and I believe they make a good quality product. I’ve given this specific product a good three weeks and I believe it is having an affect on the way I feel. So much so in fact that I have purchased the product a second time.
