Excellent fast service. When I purchased the item I was reluctant at first to purchase the insurance but then I did. I didn't expect anything to wrong with the product but I am now glad that I purchased the Asurion Protection Plan and I will continue to do so in the future. Thank You.

Easy solution and great customer care!

Was very easy to get the Amazon e-gift card for a defective item I ordered. The product came from Canada so Asurion refunded me as soon as I shipped the return back, minus taxes of course. I know they usually don't kick in until the manufacturer's warranty gives out but in my case it was fast due to international. I am very pleased with the service.

Filing a claim with Asurion was very easy. Once I returned the item to UPS, I received an Amazon gift card within one day.

This was a very simple and straightforward process to claim the amount that I had paid for for a dashcam that had broken down within a year of me purchasing it. All I had to do was package the item and put a shipping label that was provided by Asurion on the package, and the same day I scanned it in at UPS, I got an amazon gift card with the full amount (not including coupon discounts, which meant that I got back more than what I actually paid for) that the camera was going for at the time. I am completely satisfied with this service and would definitely use it again! The only thing that I can see potentially being a problem is having to package much larger items, such as the giant solar panels that my father bought a couple of months ago, that he also bought an Asurion protection plan for. Hopefully those don't break down, because if they do, I have no idea where we would be able to find boxes large enough to put those in.
