Are the 12 hour pills smaller than the 24 hour pills?

yes smaller, and the 24 hr dose seem to quit working for me at 21 hrs

Ok I am confused the pic says 12hour but the description on here says 24 hour relief? Which one is it?

Allegra is most commonly sold in 90 mg, 24-hour doses. I personally prefer the 12 hour, 60 mg version. It's more expensive to take 60 mg twice a day, and unnecessary for most people. In my case (I'm super-sensitive) I go with 60 because I can't tolerate 90. I have Sjogrens, and the 90 all at once dries me out too much. It's great for most people. With 60 mg also -- with my doctor's blessing -- I can split the caplet and take 30 mg in the a.m. and 30 at night -- a child's dose in a form much more convenient for adults than the stuff packaged for kids. Which is it? I don't know what you're looking at. I'm looking at a "12 hour" box in the illustration at left. The stronger dose LOOKS just the same, but says "24 hour" clearly on the front of the box. Just be sure that you know which you want and which you are buying.
