Wanted to post my experience regarding two things:- Purchase and support from an online store- Performance of Oxymed oxygen concentrator versus Philips EverfloProduct Experience:Oxymed unit heats much more than Philips Everflo.One can feel this heat by touching the floor within 30 plus minutes.The same does not happen with the Philips unit.This suggests two things:The compressor in the Philips unit is of much better qualityThe heat venting system is of much better design.Purchase Experience:Trying to reach the customer service desk has been a nightmare.No support number is provided in the invoice.I had to call the sales desk to get this number.Upon calling the response is almost non existent.I wanted to know if I could return the unit because of the heating issue.It took nearly a week to be told that I cannot.That I cannot return was never mentioned in my calls to the sales desk.As of today (Feb 27), I am still awaiting a formal (written) response to my email query.Summary:Given all of these headaches, it is perhaps best to avoid ordering products from online store.Regarding the heating issue, I am not sure if Oxymed will survive as long as Philips Everflo unit.I will not recommend this unit to friends and family who are looking for a reliable oxygen concentrator
