This stuff made me a baker! I’m so happy I bought this, and so is my family. They’re amazed just how good it is; and so am I. Just a little tip, buy Anthony’s Yeast Packets as well, you won’t be disappointed.

An excellent staple for a back up food supply. Easy to use, tasty and a great quantity for the price. For regular use and in emergencies.

This product is very handy for a quick loaf of bread, keeping in mind you can’t just throw this can into your camping gear and expect to make a loaf of bread or rolls at the campfire. You will need to bring packets of yeast and some oil with you to make the dough, or you can’t use it at all. Even for emergency cases, you will need healthy, fresh yeast and oil to make bread, so stock up these items, as well. All in all, really nice and handy product to whip up some bread or rolls, and it seems very useful for pizza doughs and sweet rolls as well. Wouldn’t be as useful for long term storage or in case of a catastrophe, as you need extra ingredients to make the actual dough. I thought it was all-inclusive, except for maybe adding water, but that is not the case, and I didn’t really see anywhere that it man ruined anything other than it was a bread and roll mix. A bag of flour would have worked just as well.

This mix must have added yeast. If need a long term storage solution for bread with just add water then I suggest emergency essentials honey bread mix.

We are snowed in with Winter Storm Cora and all the roads are closed. A great night to have homemade soup but I didn't have any bread or rolls. I remembered I had a can of this mix in the cabinet and I tried the bread sticks. They came out so good that my husband raved about them through the whole meal. I make homemade bread quite often and he couldn't believe when I told him it was a mix, especially an "emergency" mix. I also told him I made the soup with Augason carrots and onions. A great meal for a Winter night. Will definitely keep on hand.

This is the best bread mix ! I make it by hand and get rolls, a loaf, and hamburger buns. It is soooo good !
