SundanceVitamin B-Complex 100% Daily Value | 100 Tablets | Vegetarian, Non-GMO, and Gluten Free Supplement

I ordered this product because I wanted to make sure I'm getting enough of all of the B vitamins for my daily needs. I was specifically looking for a supplement that supplies 100 percent of the RDAs, not ridiculous amounts that are much higher than the human body can possibly use. This was the only product I found that didn't provide way more than 100 percent of the RDA. The vitamins are easy to swallow and have no discernible taste. I haven't taken the supplement long enough to decide if they make any difference in how I feel, but I haven't experienced any adverse side effects.

VERY SMALL EASY TO SWALLOW if you need B complex.

I wanted a B complex with just enough of each vitamin and many of them have way more. This one fits my need and preference. I've gotten this brand before and they weren't hard to swallow, but these are larger, and I find that the texture is different and that they are harder for me to swallow.

I didn’t realize the Sundance B-12 is the cyanide type. Yes, I know it’s a small amount of cyanide but I don’t want it. The natural and best version of B-12 is methylcobalamin. This is what happens when I have insomnia and shop at 3 a.m.

Most b complex formulas and are mega doses. Too much can be as detrimental as too little. Some b vitamins in higher doses can cause serious problems. I was so happy to find this formula because I need a little extra to feel my best.
