You cannot go wrong with anything from GEMMA! She is a GENIUS, and this cookbook is AMAZING! I LOVE IT!

Love that almost all of the recipes use what you already have in your kitchen. Have followed this Baker for many year. Love the book and bought two more for my daughters

Great cook book!

As someone who has always been intimidated by baking, this is the first baking cookbook I ever bought.She gives a very clear and easy breakdown of terms and techniques in the first pages of this book. Not only that but she even shows you how to substitute and in some instances create your substitutes for ingredients from things you may already have on hand.This book is very approachable and stress free and not only does it make you feel like you can easily make these recipes, she has made sure that home bakers CAN make these recipes.

Update: I like this cookbook so much I just purchased 2 as gifts. Best cream cheese frosting recipe and donut in a mug is a family favorite. There are more that I’ve made and enjoyed! Can’t go wrong with this cookbook. The set up of each recipe and comments before each are perfect!My original comments;I don't know where I first heard about Gemma Stafford, but I am sure glad I did and I am delighted to receive her cookbook. The first thing that caught my eye was your funny note to Mum and Dad...I can see the loving competitive family dynamic. No doubt your folks are immensely proud...your siblings too(what kind of books will they write?). I pretty much love the way you have set up the Table of contents divided into the types of tools you'd need to make each recipe. Very clever and so different from other cookbooks. Your folksy writing style is lovely....the little comments you make at the beginning of each recipe make one want to try each recipe. Gemma's recipes are set up so you can use Imperial (using a scale) and U.S (cups/ measuring spoons) measurements. I'm told that weighing is the most accurate way to make a superb product....I will have to give it a go with Imperial measurements. So nice to have the option. I am especially pleased with the Bold Baking Basics. How many times have you looked for a recipe for a Ganache, a glaze, frostings, how to make brown sugar, cake flour, buttermilk, Sweetened condensed Milk, foolproof puff pastry or your own extracts. IT isall in one book? The picture, recipes and instructions are so clear. I just love everything about this cook book. The first recipe I will make is the Jelly donut in a mug....tomorrow morning a very happy 9 year old will be Bigger Bolder Baking with her Grama. Thanks Gemma. Well done!

The presentation and photos are worthy of sitting on a tabletop. Great information! I highly recommend this book.

Recipes are fairly easy and delucious!

This book is full of recipes that seem easy to follow.

Gemma's new Bigger Bolder Baking book delivers what is says on the cover - fearless baking, anytime. I don't class myself as a baker, but what I've turned out recently has others saying differently! The above muffins admittedly were from BBB website, but from the book so far I've made butter milk, DIY condensed milk using coconut milk and just there used Oat milk to make condensed milk - all done with no fear! Awesome book. Tomorrow I'm going to make bakewell tart from scratch - crust & frangipane and I'm looking forward to it.

Fantastic recipes and so easy to follow. Most with everyday store cupboard ingredients. A great no nonsense approach to great baking. Gemma Stafford has really delivered the goods with her first Bigger Bolder Baking book.

After following Gemma for a good few years now and having already tried lots of dishes by her, I can’t recommend this book enough. As she is a fully trained chef you know you can trust everything she says. Awesome recipes and don’t forget to look at the tips in the back of the book. This book deserves more than the 5 stars available in my eyes.

Great selection of recipes, well illustrated, clear instructions. I especially appreciate the 'baking basics' section (glazes, home-made lemon curd and so on) and the measurement conversion chart at the back of the book.My daughter is going to be really excited when she sees it, especially the homemade doughnuts recipe!
