The pen body is good but refill is not very smooth while writing. Another pen Hauser Xo ball pen, its refill is very smooth but body is not good. This pen can hold the refill of Hauser xo perfectly. That makes it the best roller ball pen at minimal cost

Pens are expired and its actual packing date was 2022 but they put 2023 sticker, pens are not in working condition

OKAY Black color pens, tried a few to see if ink had dried up or not. Working fine. Buying pack of 20 at a time leaves you in doubt as to how have dried up already or will dry up in the near future. OK for office but pack of 5 or 10 should be for house use. Overall satisfactory.
