How long is it supposed to spray after you push the nozzle down? It only sprayed for 3mins

Not sure exactly, but that sounds about right

Can you use more than once instead of spraying it all at once ?

No. Once you start the spray and shut the car door, it goes until the can is empty. Highly recommend. Works great!
