Cuts rebar like it should with a little elbow power.... bending rebar is an art... this bent it well but takes awhile to line it up and make sure measurements are correct.... its manual so to be expected.... great for price and did the job!

Easy to use but very sturdy. Bends and cuts through 5/8 " rebar like butter. 1/2 " even easier. Highly recommend.

I bought this to cut and bend #5 rebar for footings and walls on my 9’ tall retaining wall / foundation. It was most impossible without a cheater bar. I weigh 165# , but once I added the cheater bar and developed the technique it worked well on the 5/8” bar. Cutting #4 / 1/2” bar was super easy with a 4’ cheater bar. Bends 90 degrees and loops too.

I cut nad bend 1 ton of 5/8" rebar steel with this tool so far. Very impressive. Cost of product is very good on amazon, only shipping to outside US from frieght forwarder to TT was equal or little over what i paid for the product on amazon.

Awesome cutter and bender! Cut and bent over 100 pieces of #5 so far no problem. For all of the reviews saying its hard to use lol its not the tool its you. Cuts super clean and bending a 90 with no issues.

I would suggest bolting it to a 2x10, it creates stability for bending and chopping the bars. I’m a masonry contractor and we use these daily, so far it’s held up great and bends a nice 90

I am a cheapo! Rebar cutters look like too simple to worth their price tags. It had taken me so long to reach my wallet to buy this model -- the cheapest one I could find. But now I am happy. Without a few weeks, I have cut out 25 2'-pieces from 5 10'-long bars. Saving? 5 long pieces cost me $4.38x5 = $21.9. If I bought 25 short pieces, it would be $2.34x25 = $58.5. I have saved $36.6 for that shot period! Hooray, I will be rich if I keep cutting:-)

Cutter works well on half inch rebar. Five eighths rebar almost needs two guys to cut, but still is doable. All and all a fine product if you can't afford an electric cutter.
