Faccio uso saltuario di integratori, essendo da qualche tempo fitness-addicted. Ho fatto della cura del mio fisico una missione, migliorando, e non di poco, tutti i miei paramentri, a cominciare dal peso (ho perso un quarto dei miei kg.Ovviamente curando l'aliementazione.Anyway, non si parla di me del prodotto in oggetto.Conosco Prozis in quanto adoro il suo burro d'arachidi, e ho voluto provare questa polvere.Beh, il sapore è ottimo, e le proprietà dell'avena non le scopro certo io.A me piace aggiungerla allo yoghurt greco, a colazione o come dessert.Oppure nello shaker con le proteine whey e acqua.Peccato che non è gluten free, la utilizzerei per arricchire i pancacke per i figli.
