Honestly this was just one of the few body pads that would ship to Alaska but it was just what I was looking for. Works great for training, punches, knees, kicks it can take it all and so can you. definitely gotta tighten it down for us smaller bodies but it certainly can. Plenty of room for different body types from heavy weights to lightweights. Durability is great taken it through multiple training sessions and so far so good.

Have used it many times. It’s comfortable, absorbs punches well and is sturdy. It holds up to the punishment well.

i would not recommend this to smaller guys. I am 5ft 6inches walk around at 138lbs.as far as how thick it is i'd say it's about 4-5inches thick. it really does the job to absorb all strikes. i had a light heavy weight kicking me with this on and it did the job great. It only sucked when i couldn't get the thai pads in time to receive the kick. I didn't like the straps next to the neck because it kept rubbing on me because the pad kept sliding from my torso hence me being so small. So i cut the straps off and made it so that it has two straps behind your back instead of one witch made it a lot tighter so it wouldn't slide as easily. you can put it on by yourself like a belly pad.also i also didn't like the fact that the inside skin on the pad was cloth witch absorbs a lot of the sweat(would have been better if it was leather so it would be easier to clean)but rather than that for how much you pay this product is great. I would recommend it to people who are bigger though.

It’s a great product that a great price it’s comfortable it fits well it can take a mean sidekick (even though sidekicks don’t work😂)

I’m a 5’11”, 185lb male using this to train with my 5-year-old son. The protector wraps around well, covering the sides, and when tightened it fits snug without feeling heavy. The adjustable straps on the shoulders and lower back keep it secure and allow easy movement during training. The foam padding feels extremely thick. The inner stomach area is a lighter fabric, so it can get warm during long sessions, but overall it’s comfortable, durable, and will be great for future use as my son grows and hits harder. For the quality, the price was very decent and I highly recommend it for martial arts or boxing training.
