I use it for my S & W Model 442 Revolver it is a size 36, it only fits revolvers. The Model #1 will work for your walther, as well as, a Kahr CW9, Bersa Thunder 380, etc.

What size for the Glock 43 Nylon inside the pants?

No - I have a Glock 43, and I had an Uncle Mike's #1 IWB - it didn't fit. The size 15 is a bit large, but fits very nicely and covers the weapon very well.

What size do i get for sig p365?

I carry my p365 in the small of my back using a left handed holster. I like the size 16 for this as the weapon sits lower in the holster and is provided more protection from sweat. Still draws just fine.

Anyone carry a m&p 40? What size holster should I buy

I have M&P Shield 40. I have two Uncle Mikes sizes 12 and 15. It fits both just fine. I prefer the 15 as the gun rides lower and feels like it is less "tippy". Especially helpful using a public restroom.
