Family Bathroom

Hape's high quality wooden toys have brought my family so much joy over the past several years, and this bathroom set, which we received this week, is proving to be another winner. We purchased it for my 3 1/2 year old son's "dollhouse" (a Kidkraft fire station/police station set that came with minimal furniture and needed some supplementation), and chose it after looking at the Ryan's Room, Plan Toys and Melissa and Doug bathroom sets. We loved the look of the bathroom, with the bright blue and yellow accents, the separate tub and shower, and the little add-ons, like the duck, bath mat and towel. The set arrived on Sunday, and my son adores it. It is exactly as pictured, and the features are as cute as you'd imagine. The shower hose comes out for washing dolls/dogs/toys/whatever else your child dreams up, the bathroom cabinet opens and closes (my son stores the towel in there), and the toilet lid does as well. The toilet has a very low back, which is sort of strange, but I honestly wouldn't change a thing about this darling set.

I was so impressed with this product and my son absolutely loves it for his dollhouse. Made of wood, except the tub which is plastic. It’s perfect and I will definitely keep this company on my radar for future dollhouse items.

I am writing the same review for the Hape doll house furniture. You can purchase one set or several sets,and the families that fit Hape doll house furniture are reflective of the real world/school my granddaughter attends.. My granddaughter loves all the Hape doll house furniture. Beautifully made. Can use without the doll house--just clear off a book shelf or shelves, use shoe boxes, or just table top. I purchased one half yard of green felt as a folding play cloth. Purchased some plastic shoe boxes to store and carry whatever is chosen as the most favorite pieces/item. Great when friends come over and they interact with pieces. The doll house--which I plan to buy is simply amazing--open on all four sides to allow multiple kids to play at the same time easily.

I have a Victorian doll house that my 2 and 4 year old grandchildren play with. After trying several styles of dolls and having them broken, I ordered the Hape family and we have been very happy. They have lasted months, accompany the children to their meals, and represent members of our family. They are sturdy, interesting to look at, and the kids love them.

We really like this Bathroom set by Hape. It's a more updated set than many of the other options out there. The yellow duckie is super cute touch! I'm very happy with the quality. I have purchased most of their sets to furnish a Ryans Room Wooden Doll House. This and the other available room sets are well thought out in terms of what they include. The color palet is alos attractive. It is neither garish nor pale neutrals. The colors chosen appeal to both boys and girls alike. I painted panels of the Ryans Room "Home is Where the Heart" is House (taking inspiration from the Hape All Seasons Doll House) as i think it better sets off the furniture sets.

My kids are thrilled to finally have a bathroom for their dollhouse! they've spent hours using this set, and I imagine they will for a long time to come. Does have some small parts which can be easily misplaced, but overall I'd still say it is worth it.

It’s so adorable and fits nicely in the IKEA doll house. I bought it for my 3 year old but I really enjoy playing with it as well. It’s pretty sturdy and my 3 year old plays a bit rough. We do try to be careful with the doors (so cool that they really open and close!) We really love the furniture.

I literally just got this in the mail yesterday evening and the toilet broke apart today!
