I have been taking at least 1 packet per day for about 3 months and I have definitely felt a difference. I suffer from Chronic fatigue and I have been feeling much better overall since I started taking this. I also came down with a cold and took this 2 x daily and the cold was gone in 3 days. I was completely better in 3 days when normally it takes 7-10 days for my cold to subside. The taste is good, and it really feels as though this is a worthwhile healthy addition to my body's needs.

I really enjoy this product- I started with the Ningxia bottles but enjoy the single-serve usage. It’s a little pricey to maintain for those just starting their health journey, but you need to stay the course to see its effects. The taste is delicious (I mean, cherry, plum, and pomegranate juice, YUM!) but BUYER BEWARE, it stains!
