This is an awesome tool
I’m very happy with this tool now that I know it exist. I relied on palm rolling and braiding locs only to be anxious about them coming undone before they set. Now I can lock the new growth without the need to palm roll or add any product. My child has a “tender head” and can now relax and be at ease even after I touch up her roots.

Great for starter locks or those of you who are very active/lazy.
My hair grows insanely fast so my locs can get hella messy if I wash them frequently. And if I don’t you know they’ll start to get funky and who wants funky hair. With this tool I get to wash my hair as much as I want because it relocs my roots to the point where it looks like I just got it retwisted. Great for those of us who hair grows unnaturally fast. Or those of us who are lazy and can’t get anyone to retwist our hair for us. Or don’t have that money to pay someone to be up in our hair for hours. Nothing and I repeat nothing beats getting your locs retwisted by someone else but his tool makes it look a lot better in between the times when you need it done again. Must buy for starter locs.

Perfect and the easy to use
I have sister lock and my location moved 3 hours away, so I decided to practice and learned to interlock my hair. I use the smaller tool and it's perfect. Would buy this item again. The case it comes in is excellent and sterdy. This is a perfect item because it comes with three tools. Love it!

Bigger than expected
I ordered these because I have decided to start maintaining my own locs. I have SISTERLOCKS. I was very disappointed with the size. These are more for larger locs or traditional locs. Don’t get me wrong, they are doable if using them for Sisterlocks’s, it’s just that because sisterlocks are so small even the smallest section in the tool doesn’t hold the loc securely. You have to make sure you’re holding the tool in such a way that you’re also holding on to the loc manually. The tool isn’t holding or “catching” the loc for you so the loc sometimes comes loose or slides from the tool. I was very disappointed as I was really trying to go by the pic for the size. Anyway, all is not lost. I am able to use it on my son’s hair since he has traditional locs (even though I already have tools for him). Also I am happy to support BBs. Overall, these tools are perfect for larger locs.

Worth a try
Pros: *No snagging *Comes in 3 sizes which is great for the traditional small, medium and large sized locs. *storage case Cons: Not for microlocks. If you have super microlocks like in the 400-600 count range, the smallest tool may be too big for the base of the loc. Also, I want to say that I used this tool on my own hair and not to do someone else's hair. And, I found at certain angles it was difficult and uncomfortable to grip the flat tool. My hands felt a bit strained.
