HERE'S HOW TO STOP THE SPIN! Then it's perfect!
This item it's great! There are obvious pros and cons to using it if you think about it before you purchase it. So to me they are not worth complaining about. The biggest pro is you can clean your gutters from the ground however it is obvious that if you are on the ground spraying anything in your gutter with a high PSI it will likely land on you so to me this is not a complaint worth mentioning. It's just something that's going to happen. If you hate it get your butt on the roof and don't buy this. This item is stellar because it does the job. Now there have been a lots of bad reviews because it spins a lot due to it being a quick connect item. It is also true that it will spin only prior to you shooting water pressure through it but understandably it's difficult to keep it in one position while in the gutter if this thing keeps spinning. So here's how you modify it!! Go to your local hardware store and purchase O-rings and use a size 8.8 X 1.9 mm O-ring (or whatever does the trick) this will give it just enough friction to stop it from rotating wildly (it does not lock it in place and there is still a lil spin) but as I said once you have it set in the position you want when you turn on the pressure washer and use it it doesn't move anyway. Hope this helps. Everyone should be giving this 4 or 5 stars it does what it supposed to do. Im not taking off a star because of an O-ring.I also solve the downward force problem as well I use a attachment at 90° which makes the spray tip shoot to the left or the right instead of straight down. It's spins too so I put a Grommet I cut in half on it (pictured). This mod reduces a little bit the force of the extended wand shooting back toward you. However it is still going to do that so just prepare yourselves and stop complaining about physics people. If you want easy hire someone else to clean your gutters! 😜

Like it, but with a few caveats
This unit had the best price and served my purpose well except I never planned to use it without significant mods. Basically what I wanted was the crooked neck pipe. This might clean low hanging gutters while attached to a regular wand but you are likely to blow water and debris on yourself in the process. Also, the tube can rotate too easily in the wand because of the quick connect.A major shortcoming is the angle. To quickly clear a gutter you need the nozzle pointed down the gutter channel not into it. If I get on a ladder and aim the regular zero degree nozzle down the gutter at a very shallow angle my 3000 PSI washer will quickly blast 10' of the gutter clear of even highly compacted leaves and debris. You cannot do that with this attachment reaching up to a gutter. What I did was replace the male quick connect with a male M22 to attach to an 18' extension and replaced the female quick connect with a T with female quick connects pointed both directions. That way I can simply place the "hook" in the gutter, pull the trigger and watch debris fly out in both directions while I stand clear 90 degrees from the direction of the gutter. If I only want to blast one way I replace one tip with a plug, however, with this you have to hang on tight because with only on tip it is like having a rocket on the end of a pole and it can easily get away from you but this stock unit can do that too.

Works pretty good but is a little difficult to control and safety cautions needed
I started out using this without goggles or mask on. My gutters were really dirty with a lot of roof grit/sand in it. I put on saftey goggles and a mask to keep debris out of my eyes and mouth, much better but still got really dirty.I had to learn how to control it and get stuff moving. Due to the heavy sand like debris I found I had to start at the downspout and work away from it to keep stuff moving and flowing. Once I got the hang of it wasn't too bad but ad to keep working away from the downspout about 3 feet at a time and then"sweep" the debris to the downspout. When I finished I had about 2+ gallons of gunk that was washed out and piled up at the end of the 1st section I did.It is a workout for the arms as there is a lot of side thrust. Overall it does a good job.

Great product, but much better with one small modification. Remember to stay safe, please.
Worked better than expected, and it works much better with one simple modification. If you use this on the end of an extension wand the side force is so high it's frankly hard to manage. I do have a fairly high power pressure washer (3000 psi @ 2.8gpm) but even as a "tough guy" after 10 minutes your arms are sore. So, I bent the rod even further from roughly 140 degrees (stock) to roughly 160 degrees. This cut down the side forces substantially and makes it much easier to manage. Just make sure you do not bend it too far or it will simply spray it right back it you, which is a real safety risk.Attached is the photo after the adjustment. I did several iterations in the seems to be the right balance.Cleaning the gutter is messy but I believe this is the best method of the other (all unattractive) alternatives.

This item cost less than half what one costs at Northern Tool and is exactly the same
I bought this gutter attachment for my pressure cleaner, not for use on gutters, but to be able to pressure clean the outside of beams, posts and railings on decks when they can't be reached from ground level. I can stand on the deck and reach outside spraying back toward the deck to get those areas without having to lean far out over the railings to hit those areas. Since the direction of the stream isn't as angular as it would be using a wand reaching over a railing the cleaning is better too. This attaches directly to my pressure cleaner wand and uses the same tips I normally use for it.
