This is the best paper I've found for pen and marker art so far. It holds color well, and it's easy to blend and layer alcohol markers like Copics. It's just the right texture for pen work: not too rough to chew up fineliner tips, but not too slippery to smear ink everywhere if you accidentally brush against it while working. I've bought this a couple times now, and I've been happy every time.

Excellent product. All no -photo blue lines are in place, and it is a heavier weight than others, which provides a solid foundation for your artistic endeavors.I have bout a large amount from a competitor brand a few years ago, and all of the 10 pads had the same off skew no -blue printing, rendering them useless for sequential art. These did not, and I highly recommend them.

Came in well packed and is exactly what I needed

I just recently finished filling up this sketchbook and I found I loved the texture and feel of every page. The only downside is that its hard to fold the book at the binding without having the pages detach. In fact, it caused a good amount of my pages to be undone from the book. However, I keep them in the cover loosely since it is so resistant and keeps my drawings safe. All in all, a great buy.

This is a pretty good paper for doing comics and such. There’s better , but cost more , so this is good and cost effective for my use.

I use it all the time for making my comics, like Powers, BPRD and more-M!

Fanboy has released the definitive product for comic strip artists with this art pad, which comes in a long strip that accommodates the medium perfectly. I'm not a comic artist, but I still enjoyed experimenting with these over a couple of weeks.Here's the gist:1. The boards have a side panel for filing purposes that is convenient and keeps your work uniform.2. The paper has one long box for the strip that can be broken down at the artist's discretion. The space given is realistic and gives an immediate sense of dimension.3. The paper is still and resistant to feathering. Some markers will streak on the paper though; my Faber-Castells did pretty well with them though. Alcohol blenders are not good for them unless you're very conservative with them.4. The paper doesn't warp easily and is strong enough to hold up to frequent erasing. Pen ink does very well.About the only negative I can think of is that you only get 14 boards per pack, which is a little rich for me. But, if you want to draw comic strips, this is what you want.
