Custom PMG165QT 1-Quart Simple Premium Grout, Delorean Gray (Pack May Vary)

I am a school teacher and I wanted to use this to teach my 6-8th graders how to grout mosaics- this stuff is amazing - very easy to wipe off the tiles, glass and mirror pieces with a damp cloth or sponge and it is moist enough to get down into small spaces and packs down with ease. After it’s dry it’s easy to pick off to clean any leftovers. Looks great and dries fast! Have already reordered!

The color match was perfect, and priced right. Product was amazing. Easy to apply and clean up. Advised drying time was a bit long, but so far no cracks in the corners.

I needed this for one small project, so I wanted to get something quick and easy to use that didn't require mixing. The color specified "haystack", which sounded like a yellowish color, but then the top of the container looked grey, so I figured maybe they were using the word "haystack" for something that was actually a greyish color. You never know what color something really is by the name unless they SPECIFY "haystack yellow"... and I thought it would make sense to show the color of the product on the tub, right? No. Luckily, I was able to tint the color grey by mixing in some black acrylic paint. Perfect! It was messy to use, make sure you have your floor well covered. But, it wasn't too difficult to get the look I wanted. It took a couple of rounds of it to fill in all the cracks, and it took a lot of post cleaning up, but it was all able to be done before it fully dried. The biggest problem I had with this besides not showing the color on the tub was the waste - I wasn't able to save the remaining grout because it arrived with a big crack in the tub... so it was either going to leak out or dry out. Also, the lid didn't really tightly close... so even if I tried to duct tape the crack, I didn't feel that the lid was secure enough to risk storing. This was a shame, but I did only purchase the grout for this project, so it worked out.

Works, no complaints

I made the mistake of using a sanded grout on new tile in my bathroom, which crumbled away like sand. I chipped out the problem areas, and put this grout in its place. It's held up nicely, and looks great. No crumbling or cracks. I love that it's premixed to the right consistency, too. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Worked very well! Cured quickly and looks wonderful. Haystack is very similar to a medium almond color and was perfect for my needs. I used it to fill in areas where my grout had come loose, and I no longer have those open pockets between my kitchen tiles. I also spread a thin layer on top of some stained grout lines near my oven (a holiday cooking mishap) and it looks like new! I plan to do the same on my entire kitchen floor, clean it, then seal it again. Worth every penny!

Worst grout I’ve ever used. Very easy to work with. I installed in my shower. Let set for almost a week while we were out of town. It started eroding away after only a few days. Made a second attempt. It set of over 3 weeks while we were on vacation and the same result. Eroding away from water after only a few days.

Unfortunately by the time we received the grout it was hard, the product is usually very good and worked great in past projects. Probably just a very old tub or stores incorrectly.
