Keeps you engaging in your thought and surprising the reader that he can do it too.
This read is ultimate example of A fractal in thought process and short circuiting. If for nothing at all it should be read to inflict in a reader to think on thesis antithesis and synthesis at the same time, pushing the horizon of thinking being that is homo sapient activity.

A good book for those who want to study Zizekian thoughs.
A mixture of many philosophers from Lacan to Marx, and Foucault to Derrida.

A very demanding book in terms of his reading of Lacan (a very difficult author to read) with reference to Hegel and Marx make this work not easilt readable but if one has read Marx and Hegel before then this book is simply a creative masterpiece but definitely not for the uninitiated in Philosophy.

Gibberish
run-of-the-mill gibberish from an overrated author who has nothing useful to tell. Even in his interviews he does not explain what he has written. Zizek is propped up by academia only to confuse potential Marxists.
