A good item. The colour of the item looks like a dull white on the website but it is the same bright white colour as the G model. I feel the buttons on this model are better. It works really well and the normal water tap dispenses room temperature water and not cold water. So, that bit works alright. The hot water tap gives really hot water (close to 90 degrees I think) and you could probably use it for brewing tea straight from the tap. End of the day, a good, sturdy dispenser.

I live alone in my office quarters and have to purchase mineral water bottles for daily use. It becomes too hot in summer to just drink normal water, and a refrigerator was just too expensive for just me. Since I needed a dispenser, I looked through and found this one. I can get Normal temperature water as well, which sometimes becomes really cold. There are times when I also make a cup of tea or coffee using the hot water dispenser option on this device. The only complaint is that the water tray in the cooling cabinet is too small, and often overflows. But that is my lethargy to clear it out everyday that the water overflows. And then, there is the Blue Star brand, pioneers in cooling technology. Overall, a very nice and useful product for places who require a water dispenser.
