I think I'm literally going to cry I'm so happy with this stuff. I was drinking Isopure for years and they changed their formula to something unpleasant. This stuff though? Similar macros, tastes great, blends beautifully. I think I found my new protein home. For context: I got a little 5 serving sample bag of the cake pop (it comes with a scoop in the bag, don't worry!). I put it together the way I usually do. So for me, that means 2 scoops of protein, 2 scoops of my collagen powder, 1/8th a tsp of xantham gum. I add 16 oz of water and shake it up- I don't use a whisk ball, I just let the air in the bottle do the work. Top it off with a little almond milk and extra flavor if I want it (I like to use a splash of chai concentrate usually). First: It blends like a DREAM. No clumps, no grittiness, just smooth. And it is THICK. I really didn't need the xantham gum, and I probably wont use it the next time. Second: Okay, when I opened this bag my first comment was 'it smells like cake mix'. And drinking it- pretty much like drinking a thin cake batter. I'm usually not one for a lot of sweet, but this sweet is pleasant without that artificial grossness that makes some other protein powders undrinkable. Third: I did a quick little bit of math and this is pretty much mid-range for price at this kind of macro set up. It's just slightly higher than my Isopure was, but I'm not bothered in the least. This stuff is worth it. Tldr; smooth, tastes great, I found my new protein powder and I couldn't be happier!

Can I give it 10 stars? First let me say I’m very picky when it comes to protein powders, drinks, bars, anything low carb. I often can’t handle the taste of the sweetener and the taste of the protein with a horrid aftertaste. So I ordered this sample pack to try. Oh my goodness it tastes just like a yellow cake that has been blended with a vanilla icing. It’s so good! Just to have a sample taste I mixed one scoop and the scoop is quite large with 4 ounces of cold water and 4 ounces of darigold fit whole milk, delicious. It mixed easily with a spoon and made a very drink, even the texture and consistency was very creamy but so oils be due to the milk. I plan on ordering a large container right away and look forward to incorporating this into my lower carb, lower calorie, higher protein diet. The uses I believe will be endless. It would make a great milk shake, or in Greek yogurt. Using in a coffeehouse style drink and making a chai latte is high on my list. I look forward to trying other flavors. Just buy it!

My sister has been recommending this brand for a while now and I finally took the plunge. I bought the trial size of cake pop, vanilla, and strawberry cheesecake. I’ll add to my review as I try them out. Cake Pop: Omg makes the best overnight protein oats! I was scared that they would come out powdery tasting or way too artificially sweet. But it’s just perfect! No powder taste and it’s just the right amount of sweet for me that doesn’t taste artificial or chemically. I paired it with a cup of vanilla yogurt and it’s just the cherry on top. I will definitely buy the full size once I go through the trial size. For those looking for a recipe: Cake Pop Chia Seed Overnight Oats: 430 cal, 33g protein -1/2 cup rolled oats (180 cal, 5g protein) -1 cup Unsweetened Original Almond Milk (30 cal, 1g protein) -2 TBS Chia Seeds (100 cal, 3g protein) -1 Scoop Cake Pop Protein (120 cal, 24g protein) Mix all ingredients together in jar then leave in fridge overnight (or a few hours). To eat I layer a bit of yogurt over the oats and continue adding layers of yogurt as I eat.

I usually am not a fan of protein powder so I have been looking for one I would enjoy. I heard good things about this so I decided to give it a try. It is not bad at all. I am extremely picky and I put this in my yogurt and it was good. It is a little sweet. It mixes really well too. Overall, it is a great protein powder option!

I am usually super picky about my protein powder since a lot of it taste chalky, this one wasn't so bad. The cake pop one had good flavor and the consistency was good. Great price for 5 servings.

Was looking for a cake flavored protein powder to use for some protein cookies. I had never tried this brand, but thought the flavor sounded good. It was absolutely great! The cookies tasted amazing and baked very well. Sometimes certain protein powders don’t do well when baked, but this one made the cookies taste amazing and had no problems. I have also used it for protein shakes, I add some peanut butter so it can be like a peanut butter cake flavor🤌 fantastic. Definitely recommend trying out some recipes with this. Did not hurt my stomach, which some protein powders do. I have pitched this multiple times, and will be purchasing again

This literally tastes like you are drinking cake batter. If that is your thing, hit that add to cart button. It is very sweet so if you don't prefer that, move on. Adding it to low fat milk and using a frother to mix makes it very thick and really feels like you are drinking a milk shake. The longer you froth, the thicker the texture. I always want to love protein powders but just haven't found one that I want to keep purchasing, but this one may change that. I will definately be trying more PE Science flavors. I like that you can purchase them in 5 serving sample packs.

I've probably tried almost every protein on the market. I usually stick with Jay Robb because it doesn't hurt my stomach but I wanted a different flavor. Not going to lie, I only got this because I saw a recipe on IG I wanted to try. I also love the fact I wasn't committed to having to buy an entire tub. This did have good reviews so it was between this flavor and the frosted cookie for me. I tried this on its own and in a blue hawaiian protein bowl. I love the taste of cake batter but never found a protein powder that made it taste good and this one is amazing. Cake pop for your win! Definitely going to try their other flavors now.

If you've tried the flavor and enjoy it - more power to you. I found this kinda gritty, but that's not what bothered me. I drink immediately after mixing and then leave my mixer bottle in room temp ~20C for approx 2-3h before I get a chance to wash. Every time I use this, my shaker ends up with a nasty moldy smell that I cannot get rid of. It's a fungal moldy not a sour moldy smell not that it's any better if it's the other. Now every other shake I make with my bottle are ruined. It permeates into my Helimix bottle so strongly, and it smells so bad I dry heave. I've tried covering it with stronger smelling protein powders and NOPE! I honestly didn't know this could be an issue. I've tried PVL, Diesel, Revolution, Ghost, MRE Lite, Pure Protein and I've even accidentally left them for longer and none of them have done this. I suspect it's the Vanilla flavor that did it. I have the cake pop and chocolate truffle too. Now I don't really want to finish them.

Tastes like cake pop, pretty much as good as you can get for a protein powder! Still tastes like protein but the taste isn't overwhelming

I love the fact that this meets my keto needs however it is extremely sweet. If they cut down on the Sucralose it would make it more palatable. If you like sweet stuff the Cake pop flavor will meet your sweet needs. You can actually bake with it

Flavour is very good and exactly as expected. I did read in other reviews that some people got free samples of other flavours and was disappointed that I did not receive any.

Tastes just like birthday cake, so yummy. I felt full as well.
