Is this easy to break down and re-assemble as needed, for mobile retail storage?

can you install the shelves upside down to gain a bigger lip so bins dont fly off when using in a truck?

The shelves on these units are cleverly designed such that the mat (the surface upon which the bins rest) is about halfway between the upper and lower shelf edges at the back and on the sides, but there is no barrier above the mat at the front, which allows for tight spacing of the shelves without sacrificing the ability to slide the bins out. That feature is unique to Seville Classics. If you wish a bottom barrier around the entire shelf, perhaps you should look at drop-mat wire shelves (from other manufacturers).

I didn't know for certain but I doubt it is made in the USA. Regardless, it is well constructed and well worth the price. I now have 3 of them for storing miscellaneous supplies and materials in my woodworking shop and I haven't found any competitive product that is better or less costly. The bins are heavy duty, the cabinet is also well made. I have no complaints but you have to read and understand the instructions or you might become frustrated - can't blame that on the product.
