I use these 3-5 times a day. Very versatile.

Use it for many things. Good for poaching eggs.

I partially melted my original one by accidentally leaving it in the boiling Fry Daddy oil. This one arrived as described and is identical. Time to start deep frying again!

I have not tried it in a deep fryer, yet...but I find it hard to believe that it won't melt.

Greatest tool I ever owned!!!

I use this tool for all of my cooking: Stir frying, frying, stirring pots, skillets of any size, dipping soup, as a spatula, for serving casseroles, baking cookies, lifting shrimp out of the steamer, etc. I own 4 of these; never want to do without them!
