Good device! I use this to measure very thin plastic laminates as customers keep asking me the exact thickness. It has, however, a slight amount of slack when adjusted, but for my purposes it’s precise enough and very functional. I also valued being able to switch between imperial and metric measurements. Good value for the price.

Have used this everyday for a while now, has held up to its usage and holds a good tolerance in a manufacturing environment where I am holding micron tolerances. Would definitely recommend.

The device is good as described. It came with a new battery inside the pack. The spindle moves smoothly and it looks beautiful compared to the cost. I recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to spend too much for a micrometer.

Does what it says in the advertising. Hitherto I've used the vernier scale variety but this digital version is quicker to use and less fiddly than using calipers to measure circular objects.

Good easy to use clear readout

This thing is so inaccurate you'd be better off judging by eye. I didn't notice until i opened it up to measure something about 5mm in diameter and it was telling it was 2.5mm, obviously by eye you see that's way off. See the attached photos, I have set the gap to about 5mm and this useless item is reading 2.4mm.I have had this some time measuring very narrow items and so didn't notice, it's absolute junk and not fir for purpose.

Quite a large Mic for the palm of your hand, but never less you get use to it.Display easy to read and change from metric to imp. The clicker spindle does notgive a 100% reading when used but good enough for hobby use.Great price and does the Job.
