I tried using these since I have overall joint pain but since my issue is likely autoimmune, it didn’t really work well. They’re huge pills and hard to swallow. I would suggest breaking them in half so you don’t choke. Did not notice any relief in my honest opinion.

A must if your over 60. Works like magic. No side effects. Wife kept encouraging me to try for those morning aches and she was right. Great product
