Well Made with Good Beam Pattern
I installed these in the dipped beam protector housing on my 2016 Isuzu D-Max Blade, the factory halogens are very poor and, as we get only five hours of daylight in mid winter, having good headlights is essential. They are a straight swap and took about five minutes per headlight to change. The lamps are bright, I would estimate at least 50% brighter than the halogens they replaced and on par with the factory LED headlights in my 2022 Suzuki S-Cross Ultra. The light is white, not blue like some of the cheaper ones, there is no flickering, and no interference with the DAB radio. Even if they do make a sound I certainly can’t hear it over the 2.5l twin turbo diesel! There are no errors but I don’t think my vehicle monitors bulbs. The beam pattern is perfect (I marked the wall with the halogens prior to fitting), and has a very sharp and clean cutoff. The attached image shows the D-Max dipped beam (left) and the Suzuki dipped beam (right). The Novsight bulbs are actually a bit brighter at the furthest point of the beam’s throw but slightly dimmer immediately in front of the vehicle. Build quality is excellent with an aluminium housing and small fan at the base, however there is no adjustment apart from the headlight unit itself (the same as with halogen bulbs). On my vehicle no adjustment was required anyway. If you’re fitting them to a D-Max make sure you replace the “clearance” (side) light with a W3W / 504 LED or it looks like an orange bulb! I also ordered a set of 9005 HB3 Novsight bulbs for the main beam but they haven’t arrived yet. I’m not going to attempt the fogs or DRL as they are a nightmare to get to on the D-Max, however the DRLs don’t come on if the side or headlights are on so not really a problem. I would certainly recommend these bulbs over the stock halogens on the D-Max. Yes, there are brighter and cheaper ones available but these are very high quality, comparable in size to a standard bulb and produce a perfect beam pattern, very important so as not to dazzle oncoming vehicles.

Really good LED units - the 2021 model is the best version of the Novsight H7's yet!!!
My comments relate to installation in my 2006 Toyota MR2 - where the dipped beam (H7 unit) has a really compact, tight installation area, so my main pro's/con's may not apply to all.For comparison/reference, I've bought the last few versions of the Novsight H7 LED's:2017 "big red" - great light, really good beam pattern, but a MASSIVE heatsink that made them almost impossible to install in a tight space. I had to replace these dipped beam LED's due to an accident, but I still have the units (from 2017!) running as my fogs (HB4) + high beams (HN3), where the installation space is a lot more open.2019 "L-shape" - more compact heatsink, easier to install, but still difficult to keep fully secure... the LED units were also very small and the light generation point is not quite at the right place, so beam pattern was difficult to guarantee.2021 (these ones!) - the heatsink and fan is incredibly small and compact, so installation was very straight forward and they are now REALLY secure! The light generation point is larger and in a slightly different place, which seems to give an even cleaner beam pattern than my Halogens! As a bonus, the light is 6000K, so looks ice-white, without the blue tint of the 2019 version.I haven't voted on longevity as I've only had these a couple of days, but the previous Novsights have lasted 5+ years, so provided the compact heatsink hasn't shortened the lifespan, I'm expecting good things of these!

Great bulbs that were easy to install. Perfect.
These bulbs were a lot easier to install than my last LED ones. With these you just pop in and twist (9005 type) and no need to adjust them.Good brightness and colour and there has been no flickering. Just keen to see how long they last.

Very bright but a challenge to install H7 on Audi
Bear with me on this one... this review contains some finer details of the install process but its worth knowing this stuff before you buy especially if you have a car with tight access. The product itself is good, solid metal construction, well packaged and bright. So I have rated 4 stars.BUT they are not direct replacement. The H7 bulb holder on my car will not accept these LEDs as the neck on the LED is wider than the opening on the bulb holder. The way these bulbs work is they actually unscrew into 2 parts - the H7 flange comes off, you then slide your bulb holder (which is on your car already) over the body of the LED and then screw the flange back on.However Novisight have clearly found the best way to install is to put the flange and the bulb holder in the headlamp first THEN slide the bulb itself into the now fixed flange and holder and thats great because I am sure they have found this the best way at a desk with a headlamp off the actual car but try doing this in the confines of a wheel arch, in the dark, rain, wind and only enough room to get your finger tips onto the actual locking mechanism... its NOT easy.So.... I set off to install these and quickly found that the neck does not fit through the bulb holder. I even took a file to the holder but once I got it to the point of fitting over the LED the back part of the holder was getting in the way and I was unable to secure down the flange. So I requested a return, however after a bit of research I found you can get low profile LED bulb holders in H7... looked like it would do the trick so I ordered a pair (£5). They arrived and sure enough much better fit.So fast forward 2 days and the new bulb holders arrive. My car (Audi) is very very tight access through the wheel arch. It took me a good half an hour to get the first one in. The problem is you have to get the flange and holder secured into the headlamp first and due to access I literally spent half an hour with my fingertips trying to get it to lock - all this through a hole about 3 inches x 3 inches so not big enough to get your hand in then made 10 times worse as the actual back of the lamp is about 3 inches inside the hole so almost but not quite impossible to access. Some how eventually it clicked in. I then slid the bulb in and turned it hoping for it to lock.... and of course the whole lot came undone and fell out in 3 parts. Start again!!!Eventually I figured out a way to get the flange and bulb holder in and then put the bulb in and rotated it the opposite direction - CLICK. PHEW!!!!!! I had done one side.... second side the access was actually a bit worse and I was using my left hand but probably had it done in 15 mins afer a few 4 letter words. So there you go, good product but a total and utter pain in the richard to fit. My adivce is to go on Youtube and search H7 LED install and look at how its done first. Then go to your car and actually look how to access the bulbs as it will save a lot of time messing about. If your H7 bulb holder is the clip type - you will know what I mean if you have this - you will need to order H7 LED bulb holders. On a car with good access this is a 5 minute job. It took me 3 days... good luck!!!
