It was a gift and the receiver of it said it was beautiful and she loved it She said it arrived in perfect condition. It also arrived in less than 48 hours. She is looking forward to having her friends over for tea and showing it off.

I drink tea literally every morning from my tea set and I am in love with it. The design is beautiful and the shape of the cups and the teapot are perfect for one or for sharing with another person. It holds enough for about four to five cups of tea at a time. Hand washing it takes some effort, as you need a pipe cleaner type tool to get into the bottom area of the spout. The packaging is very secure and there is little likelihood of anything arriving broken, but if my experience is any indication it will probably smell genuinely awful when you first take it out of the box. The smell does go away after a thorough washing with soap and warm water. I highly recommend getting the storage caddy, it makes a great display and will save a good bit of space on your counter. I have no regrets about buying this set, it was worth every bit of what I paid for it!

The tea set was shipped promptly and was securely packaged so arrived in good condition. Disappointed to learn that even though the stand was included in all pictures during ordering process, it was not included in the purchase. Photos were deceiving. One factor in selecting this tea set was that I thought it included the stand.Stands sold separately range in price from $15 to $30.
