Enjoy all the benefits of a minimalist this parkour and freerunning shoe with a little extra padding and a retro (yet progressive) look.

Great shoes for people who need a wide toe box
Great shoes for people that need a wide toe box! The insoles are heavily padded; I replaced 3/4 of mine with an orthotic and left the front part of the insole in place. Note that these shoes have very little padding without the included insoles. I give 5 stars because 1) they fit well (use the attached (pic) sizing guide, these run 1 size large), they leave lots of room in the toe box for e.g. correctoes or other toe straighteners / bunion splints and 3) they grip sidewalks and pavement nicely. I like how I can feel the terrain that I am walking on, especially on uneven grass / terrain. Finally, the laces are not excessively long and stay tied while walking. Great price too!

Order a few sizes larger
I read the list and ordered the "right size" based on the chart. I had a measurement that was closest to 24cm and figured it should be fine with the 36. I recieved them today and it turns out the shoe was too small. The inside of the shoe might have been 20 cm while the sole measured 23.5. The cushioning and outer shell takes up the remaining centimeters and will make it smaller when wearing them. Also the shoe is very unflexible. I would not reccommend these for parkour. I would recommend them for running or even just to go out to the park. I cant tell much else considering i couldnt wear them properly.

Know obstacles size 45
Finally. Foot shaped shoe. Light , not expensive, room for toes. I did a search for minimalist shoes and you get all the new designs that don't come in a wide size, and don't allow you to size up without sacrificing your instep. Plus all those " minimalist," designs charge you more and not less for less of a shoe ... Why? I also have the Altra zero drop shoes which I like , except for the funky color design ( again, why?) and they are a little too soft in the sole. These I originally bought in 43 because as stated they run large, but not for me so I went up 2 sizes, though I could have gone with 44 as well. happy

Sizing is messed up, but great shoe
I've tried on different sizes at a parkour gym and found that I was a 40.5. Even though my foot is around a 9.5-9 running tight 40.5 fit right. You also want these to be a little snug when your training. I love that Amazon is carrying these shoes at a decent price. These shoes are my new favorite parkour shoe. This is my second pair I've bought. They provide great natural feeling grip with just the right amount of cushion. They are also very light and breathe well.
