Tupelo Honey 32oz - 2 pound -Two pound Jar- from Sleeping Bear Farms Beekeepers in the Florida Apalachicola River Basin

So good, no after taste.

Arrived intact, though wasn't bubble-wrapped as were the other honeys (avocado, and buckwheat) I ordered from Amazon, but the box was filled with foam popcorns and the top was taped down well to the bottle. Plastic bottle with a squeeze opening at the top, but I won't use it like that - will dip into the jar. A more fluid and sweeter-tasting honey than the buckwheat and the avocado honey I ordered at the same time, so will be a great change in taste. Is also more of a traditional-color honey, whereas the other 2 are dark. Taste is amazing!

Arrived very well packaged inside and out. Bottle lid also had outer and inner seal. The precious honey was surrounded by packing peanuts to protect the product. This was a gift for my wife. She loves Tupelo honey in her hot teas. She says the Tupelo honey has a buttery, floral, and subtly citrusy flavor profile with a touch of cinnamon. Beautiful amber color. Happy wife, happy life.

I first had tupelo honey about 10 years ago. I saw it at a local specialty market and thought I'd try it. I've bought various 'regular' honeys from my regular supermarket over the years only to be disappointed since now I'm spoiled by the flavor of tupelo, so I started ordering tupelo honey online after not finding it locally. I happened upon the Sleeping Bear Farms Beekeepers brand of tupelo honey last year after my usual brand was out of stock online everywhere I looked. I just bought my second jar of this honey and will continue to do so as long as they're in business. This stuff is super yummy (try it on plain yogurt)! I had the first jar for about a year and it did not crystallize at all during that time. Also, this company is super fast fulfilling their orders. I had my honey within 3 days after ordering it!

We have been buying Tupelo honey from different vendors through the years, and it is by far my favorite honey. If you haven't tried it, it is impossible to describe it's flavor, but trust me, it is delicious. Many factors can affect how the honey tastes, and yes, hurricanes and other environmental factors can affect the flora that the bees use to make the honey. Sleeping Bear farms has a winner with their Tupelo honey, and it is a very rich and delicious version of the Tupelo. I am very pleased with their honey, and will be a return customer. Value is exceptional for 2 pounds of this liquid gold.

The honey is fine, but the lid-cap came completely broken. I’ll have to find another lid to use to seal it back. The pieces of plastic missing off it *weren’t even in the box*, which leads me to believe this might have been knowingly packaged and sent this way. Considering it was over $30, I’m disappointed I have to search a lid that will fit it. I’m still able to use the product at least, but I know several people who would be a lot more upset about this than I am, Especially if you were planning on trying to gift this to someone else, so it’s worth mentioning.

There are three people in our house. We all agree, this is the best honey we have ever tasted. I will be ordering more very soon.
