OTOTEC 1x On Off Switch Button Fit for Belle Minimix 240V Electric Cement Concrete Mixer IP55 Switch for Belle

Bought for an electric Belle Mixer, came quickly and in perfected condition, was simple to fit and works well, no problem in recommending.

For the price this switch has a surprisingly nice finish and material quality. I popped it open to have a look and the solenoid looks decent too.I didn't buy mine for the 'concrete mixer' it is intended for; I'm using mine as a no-volt release for a laser cutter at 12V DC, which the solenoid seems to tolerate just fine. Minimum actuation voltage seems to be ~10V DC, but it wasn't reliable at that.One thing I didn't know is that you have to connect the smaller terminal labelled 'A1' to 'OUT 2' if you want the solenoid to actually function. Without this, the switch behaves as a momentary device. With the terminals bridged, the solenoid actuates when the 'ON' switch is pressed, which holds the switch down in a latching fashion. When power is lost (or the red 'OFF' switch is pressed), the solenoid releases the switch and the output terminals are opened.Presumably the purpose of having these terminals not internally connected is to allow a separate e-stop switch that can also cut the solenoid power and release the switch.

New component supplied exactly as illustrated. Original start/stop is of different design incorporating a yellow ''stayput''feature locking the machine off until the stayput cap is reset , no big deal just a bit different, still works as a ''no volt'' release switch .Connections on new switch identical ,fixings a different design but a little ingenuity can be applied !!!This switch was obtained to replace a faulty switch on an ALDI Workzone cement mixer which seems very similar to the Belle mixer, probably made in the same factory!!! Generally the jobs a good one ,I couldn't find a replacement on Aldi's after sales helpline . Thank you.

Could not find the exact model switch for my old cement mixer.This switch fitted great working fine.

Ordered it hoping to be a like for like swap out, but unfortunately it is too large for the yellow bracket that secures the switch to the frame. But it works. For Belle MiniMix 150

As with the motor, this switch was the exact same one as fitted originally. It was a bit of a fiddle to fit as I had attached the motor 180 degrees out of alignment, ie. on its mounting bracket

The media could not be loaded. Faulty switch having to hold the start button down for the mixer to turn over then stops when you let go
