Received today, it was so fast and the phone quality is amazing. Battery health is 88%. No scratches or any damage. I am satisfied with the purchase.

I broke the screen of my iPhone X and got some cracks on the back. Initially, I planned to repair it at the Apple store, but just fixing the screen would have cost me $275 plus taxes (as of 8/7/2024). So, I decided to buy a renewed phone on Amazon. I was a bit worried about the purchase until I received the phone. When I unboxed it, I was really amazed. There were no signs that this phone was renewed—no scratches, no fingerprints, and no unpleasant smell. It seemed too good to be true. I checked the battery's maximum capacity, and it was at 98%. Some might say this number could be inaccurate, but here's my experience: the next day, I had a chance to test it. I had back-to-back Teams meetings in the first half of the day and had to use phone to talk and view my supervisor’s screen while validating data on my side. The phone performed very well. I had no concerns about signal, battery, or sound quality. Everything worked perfectly. Additionally, the phone came with a screen protector, which was a nice touch. I highly recommend MOBILESUPPLY to anyone looking for a quality products. Their product exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The phone looks and functions like new, offering excellent value for the price.

The phone itself was in excellent condition. No visible scratches or cracks. Also, the functionality of the phone seems very good. Nothing is off as far as I can tell thus far. The reason I rate this a four star purchase instead of a five-star purchase was the battery health was only at 76%. The description clearly stated that the phone was guaranteed to have at least 80% battery health. So I thought that was misleading and the seller should be more truthful about what they are selling. I am deciding to keep the phone mainly because the exterior of the phone was in excellent condition and seems to be working fine thus far.

Let me start off by saying the phone looks like a good by do not be deceived!!! When I first got by he phone the speakers was not working well so I went to the local phone repair shop to change it !! Some may ask why I didn’t return? Well I live in the Bahamas it would cause me about $60 to ship this phone back to the United States prior to the $72 I’ve already spend to get the phone from our local shipping company!! So that’s why I thought it was cheaper to fix the speakers problem number 2 the phone was very slow and it freezes a lot !! So I decided I wouldn’t download to much apps on it maybe that’s what’s slowing it down !! Still no different!! Problem number 3 !! My battery kept dying fast and it was doing this thing like it’s stuck on power off too it back to the local repair he said I would have to change the battery he then explained the parts on the phone is faulty and some company use faulty part to refurbished phone to cut cost to gain a bigger profit, faulty part don’t give you problems right away the phone will work just long enough so that you Can use it pass the 90 day warranty this is another form of scamming . I’ve reported this problem to the seller and they won’t give me a refund and I’ve reported this to Amazon and Amazon has not yet gotten back to me ..

I originally bought an iphone xs (renewed) from Reebelo because they had a better price than Amazon. I read the return policy in case the product had any issues. Their return policy states you can return no questions asked in the same condition received within 14 days. The only reason I was purchasing a new phone was because my camera was broken...completely broken. I received the phone, it seemed bigger in size just slightly and thicker than my xs. I shrugged it off, started the process of transferring over all of my info from my old phone to the new phone...and it just wouldn't take. This should have been an easy process, usually automatic, but I had trouble right from the start. I decided to return it. I emailed the company asking for a return label (free), and their response was I needed to send in 4 pictures of the phone...what?! This is not in the return policy whatsoever...I would never have purchased it, because I had no camera!! I emailed with this response, and they literally told me to use a friend's or neighbor's camera!? I immediately disputed the charge with my credit card company...after much back and forth, I finally got the return label. What a horrible company! This instilled in me that, eventhough it was a little more expensive on Amazon...they never would have put me through this hell if I was following the return policy. Now to this iphone I received from Amazon, it's perfect so far, I've had it a few days, the transfer from old to new was seemless, done automatically by having the 2 phones close to each other, it is exactly the same size as my old phone, no scratches, and best off, the camera works perfectly.... I learned my lesson and will not stray for a cheaper price (and greater headache) again. Thanks Amazon!

My daughter was using my very old iPhone 8. It had many problems when I used it, and it had only gotten worse after her years of use. However, I could not justify spending $500+ on a new phone for her. When I came across these on Amazon, I was intrigued but hesitant. The reviews were great though, and it came with a 90 day return, so I decided it was worth the shot. I bought it in November, and gave it to her for Christmas 2022. It’s now March 2023 and she has had no issues with it whatsoever. Everything works great on it, the battery life is great! I am so thankful I found this great, and very affordable phone!

Product as expected, well refurbished, battery works well but is shown as "unknown battery", which is probably normal for a refurbished phone. Very quick delivery.

El teléfono llegó bien empacado, y en tiempo, llegó en una caja de cartón hecha exactamente a la medida de lo que te incluyen, que es un cargador de Amazon y un cable certificado de la marca Satechi que por lo visto es de buena calidad MFi, la herramienta de extracción de SIM, y de igual forma un folleto de agradecimiento. Vino con una mica de vidrio templado bien colocada que al principio me confundió pensando que la pantalla no era original al ver los bordes superiores del notch un poco distintos y no redondeados, luego observé que la mica tiene un borde negro al rededor simulando la continuidad del marco, me hubiese gustado que no lo incluyese pero se agradece que venga con mica, la estética del teléfono es impecable, me sorprendió mucho lo bien cuidado que se encuentra, con solo 2 rayoncitos al rededor del marco de acero inoxidable, pero del resto está como nuevo con toda seguridad puedo decirlo. No tuve tanta suerte con la vida útil de la batería puesto a que me llegó con el 82%, se encuentra dentro de lo aceptable por esa parte. Las piezas son originales, tanto como pantalla así como batería. El Face ID funciona correctamente y sin ningún problema. Los altavoces suenan impecables, volumen fuerte, claro y con graves bastante agradables, excelente calidad de sonido. El módulo de cámaras sin ningún detalle y ambas cámaras traseras funcionando perfectamente asimismo la frontal. El deslizador de no molestar funcionando también. El motor de vibración sin problemas, la carga inalámbrica funcionando, el teléfono llegó bastante limpiecito sin ningún rastro de polvo en los altavoces o el puerto de carga que he de decir que el cable entra a la perfección sin ningún tipo de movimiento como si estuviese desgastado. La verdad estoy muy satisfecho con mi compra, recomiendo mucho este equipo, lo de la batería es el único detalle que podría destacar pero ya depende del equipo que te envíen. La pantalla está impecable y sin ningún rastro de burn-in, claro si queremos que dure por varios años, debemos evitar brillos maximos prolongados. Si están pensando en comprar el Xr en vez del Xs, la batería sería la única cuestión, del resto este modelo es sin duda alguna mejor que el Xr, para mi que me gustan dispositivos compactos y agradables a la mano, 5.8” de pantalla es más que suficiente para una buena experiencia visual en general. Espero haber podido apoyarles destacando puntos que veo importantes a la hora de decidir. Pero si tienen el presupuesto para pagar un poco más por el modelo Max, adelante. Yo elegí este porque el Max para mi es algo grande y complicado de manejar con una mano. Una vez más, hasta el momento todo ha ido muy bien con el teléfono y espero siga así por mucho tiempo más. Como último punto verifiquen el proveedor, en este caso Wireless Experts fue el proveedor que me apareció en esta publicación. Excelente servicio.

I got it a few days earlier than expected and when I took it out of the box, it looked absolutely brand new! Although it did have some barely noticeable scratches on the side, but as I said, BARELY NOTICEABLE. And when I put a case on it you can’t even see them. I would love to thank the seller since it’s exactly what I was looking for. I am a bit disappointed that it came with 91 percent battery whereas I saw a review with someone that got 98 but that’s just me being greedy I guess. This is a huge upgrade over my old iPhone 7 and everything works like new as expected. Thank you so much for this great product.

Estoy muy contento, y recomiendo al vendedor KALIL, el cel me costó $6000 a MSI, prácticamente una ganga, la estética del celular fue de 9.5 de 10; batería al 86% y todo funciona muy bien, el Face ID, las bocinas, los micrófonos, las cámaras..., el iPhone llegó en una caja genérica, con cargador marca 1Hora que funciona muy bien, el cable sirve para datos, el cel carga rápido y no he tenido detalles. Lo único que puedo comentar y que Amazon debería mejorar es la protección del empaque del producto, la caja del equipo es pequeña, lo meten en una caja más grande sin ningún tipo de protección (bolsa de burbujas, papel, esponjas, nada de nada) la cajita venía suelta dentro de la otra caja. Creo que comprar reacondicionados es como jugar lotería o probar suerte, era mi tercera compra, las otras dos veces compré iPhone XR con IVECSA; muy mal allí, lo bueno que Amazon tiene garantía de 90 días y me hicieron las devoluciones muy a tiempo. Este equipo también tiene 90 días de garantía, ya tengo 10 días con él iPhone, todo al cien, actualizaré este comentario después de un mes o dos meses!!! Suerte!!!

Llegó muy bien empaquetado, y no tiene ningún detalle estético, pero la batería llegó con 84 de vida útil, creo que es lo único malo del dispositivo, la batería, pero para el precio está bastante bien.
