Does what it's supposed to at a good price
I ordered this for a home recording project and did not want to spend a lot of money, but needed the pop filter to protect my new microphone. This is a very well made pop filter with dual screens and should last quite a while as I will not be moving it around a lot anyway, the only thing to note is that the goose-neck needs to be adjusted just right in order to make the pop screen stay in the right location, but I would imagine this may be the case of many similar products for sale in similar or maybe higher price ranges, I really don't know since this is the first one that I bought. Once I found the right location to mount the pop filter it does seem to stay in place. So I am going to give this 4 stars, but I would certainly suggest buying this if your a budget minded musician in need of a decent pop filter.

Great Results for Little cost
This a basic tool. There are some higher end ones, but this is a basic version tool that gets the job done and it gets it done well. I've got a lot of years of pro and home studio experience behind me. I wasn't expecting much from this. I was surprised. Higher end hardware may increase cost and make it more solid, but I am a DIY person and just needed to buy something that I can get to stay in front of the mic and do what I needed it to. No DIY project was necessary. It has a very basic clamp that you attach to the mic STAND (not to the mic as some people commenting here have wondered). For the people who've never used one of these, I'll go to the basics; At the bottom of the arm is a small clamp with a bolt in it. You loosen the bolt (no tools needed) and slide it over the mic stand in a place that allows the screen to be adjusted in front of the mic. Then you hand tighten the bolt. From there, you can adjust the distance from the mic as you wish. Another simple bit of information that I can add is this, the arm is screwed onto the clamp. If you mount this thing onto the side of a mic stand and it swings out of place when you adjust it, loosen the bolt, spin the whole thing to the other side of the mic stand and tighten the bolt.Last comment; I primarily use a SM7B for vocals and didn't expect to need one of these with that broadcast style mic, but vocal tracks and mixing have been affected by this in a positive way.

Excellent Product
A pop filter, or wind-screen, is rarely used with stage microphones, but it can make a big difference, especially with condenser microphones. Powered condenser microphones seem to be more sensitive to little puffs of air, especially when a performer emphasizes a word or syllable. This pop filter is so inexpensive there is no reason not to use it. Big difference.

Sturdy, professional looking, good quality
Good construction, thick film, and sturdy while flexible arm. However, I don't use it nor do I need it. When I was looking to "up my game", I had bought a few things to further increase the level of professional voice recording I wanted to do, with this being one of them. Turns out, with the way I talk and my particular voice being rather soft, there was actually no difference between using this and not using it.But I wouldn't dock it on that, because when I gave it to my cousin, they were able to really put it through its plosive paces. And I still really like this item in its build and no bells and whistles design. Just wasn't for me, but that doesn't mean it's a bad item at all.

Later Review
I'm late with this review, but I brought back in July. Didn't get a chance to use it until now, Dec. I tried it on two computers one with Win 7 and the other Win 8. And the product didn't work on either, I guess you get what you pay for.

Will get the job done on a budget
For the price, it's a decent pop filter to do what you need it to do. My only complaint is that the gooseneck will start to give way to gravity over time. You'll need to play around and adjust the pop filter in a manner which the filter won't start angling itself toward to ground, but once you find that balance it does a good job eliminating plosives.

Good quality for the price
This is the same product sold as various other brand names. Double thickness fabric (with slight space between the layers) and a flexible mounting arm with a clamp. After using this for a while now the only semi-defect is that the clamp is thread to the flexible arm and you need to check that it is screwed on tight each time you use it. I plan to put a drop of blue lock tight in the threads. But as I said, this is the exact same product that is sold under many brand names so they all have the same threads and you have to check them

Professsional Quality Pop Filter, Great Price.
I'm a former professional broadcaster and recording engineer. I now have my own home studio - I've been recording for close to 40 years. In the past I've made my own inexpensive, functional pop filters for just a few dollars. At $20-35, microphone pop filters are incredibly overpriced. They are essentially just a plastic ring with a light nylon fabric material stretched inbetween that's attached to a flexible gooseneck with a clamp. My microphone collection has continued to grow, so when I saw these at only $6.99 each, I decided to order a pair. I'm glad that I did. They look professional and they will work just as well as the more expensive models that sell for a lot more at the local music store. The seller is located in China and that's where the item ships from. Concerning delivery, it took 31 days to get here. That's no big deal since I wasn't in a big hurry, the wait was well worth the extra money I saved in my opinion. If you'd like to save some cash and don't mind waiting a few weeks, I'd say get one or two of these. I'm quite satisfied with the overall appearance and quality of this inexpensive pop filter.
