Need larger cot for my thumbs
I often suffer from cracked fingers due to our climate. These cots were marked Large, but are much to tight for my thumbs. Is there a chance to buy them X-lg

Protect cracked fingers
If you have a cracked finger due to dry skin or an injury, these finger cots help protect your finger so it can heal. I have small fingers and these stay in place without restricting circulation.

"Size large" is a lie. These are too small and too stiff for any use.
This product web-page currently says that these are "Size large" but they are really "One size fits none". (Note that the actual product box does not list *any* size information.) Anyway, see the picture. These cots start off 2 millimeters smaller than the cots we were using before (sadly not available at the moment). And, while the other cots stretched to fit comfortably on any of my medium-large fingers *and thumbs*, these cots do not stretch, are painful to put on, cut off blood flow, and do not fit on thumbs at all. Most of the time, if you need a finger cot, you also need a thumb cot. Using mild finger tension (about 2 grams), the old cots stretch about 5 mm at the opening, whereas these cots stretched less than 0.5 mm. These cots are a waste of resources, time, and money.

Good but not sterile
This was perfect for my specific use. I used it to protect one of my wired earbuds because I only need one in my ear for work and don't want the other to get dirty. I like the other uses people have mentioned here. I do not recommend this if you are using this for some kind of first aid. It's definitely not sterile. It arrived in an easy to open box, no plastic, nothing protecting them. Not a problem for me since I did not need it to be highly sterile, but something to consider if that is what you are looking for.

Great-Stays In Place
I was skeptical about these finger cots, but it ended up being well worth my money. During the Covid-19 age, I’m always using gloves to touch pin pads at the grocery store or bank. It’s nice to be able to put these cots on a finger or two instead of wasting a whole glove, which are nearly impossible to find these days. The fit is better than I expected as well. It secures in multiple spots on your finger, so you won’t have to worry about it falling off. I will be purchasing more of these if The Coronavirus pandemic should continue beyond the summer.

Very tight
I bought these specifically for my thumb which get very dry and cracked during the winter. It’s really bad this year and I’ve been having to use butterfly bandaids to help close a big crack that hurts like hell. I got sick of them falling off and thought these would be perfect. I have very small hands and short fingers for an adult woman and these but off the circulation on my thumb and are also very tight on my index. They may work with more slender fingers and seem to be good quality.

Perfect for 1,000 Needs/A Must Have Around the House
Great all around! A must have around the house! I have a latex allergy so these are a lifesaver! Perfect for all types of work you need a tight grip on & repetative hand work that damages fingers e.g. hand sewing, sorting dried beans, seed sorting/planting. A must have in the sewing room. I love these for doing calligraphy: saves my fingers from the ink staines. Perftect when doing lots of handwriting i.e. Christmad cards & invitations. Nice for arts/crafts- painting. Great to grip transparencies, position patterns, paper piecing, scrapbooking, handling fabric, fly tieing, macrame, working w/rope, glue, fiber/textiles, fiber glass, Stained glass work, sewing on buttons, sequins & beading, finely controlled hand work/sewing like embroidery, tatting etc. Really saves your fingers! Nice for moisturizing treatments over night on dry, cracked finger tips & cuticles w/ some working hands cream too. Love these for medical; small wound cleanup & cut/injured finger protection! These are great for 1,000 uses!

Size is inaccurate
I usually buy finger cots from CVS that come in a pack of mixed sizes s, m and l. I decided to look on Amazon for a pack of large only as that’s the only size that is useful to me. I found this brand and bought a pack. I regret to say these cots are NOT large. They are identical to the CVS medium size. I’m glad I only bought the pack of 24!!! They are useless to me.
