I don’t know. I recommend a special paint or EMF soft fabrics available on the market.

I was very disappointed in the effectiveness of this fabric. But I waited too long to return it.

It is should be effective. At the end You can use this product to prepare a Faraday cage it blocks any EMF given in its description

Worthless - Blocks Nothing

This stuff can't even block a low power (200mW) transmission. It's also highly conductive owing to the cheapness of it's construction, real lowest bidder type stuff here.
