Do you need sublimation ink in your epson or will the epson ink work ?

Sublimation ink is required. Standard Epson ink will not sublimate / transfer. You must also use in conjunction with sublimation coated mugs so the ink has a polymer surface to adhere to.

How do I get the image from the transfer onto the mug?

To use this paper you need an inkjet printer (commonly Epson or Ricoh printers) that is using dye sublimation inks (regular inks will not work), the printer is used to print on to our Subli-Style mug size sheets. These are then heat pressed / transferred onto a sublimation polymer coated mug using a digital mug heat press (press time is 180c for 180 seconds)

will this work with my hp envy 4527 inkjet printer ??

No, to use these papers your printer must be using sublimation heat transfer ink. HP printers cannot be used with sublimation ink and hence cant be used with this paper. Most people use an Epson Ecotank printer, Ricoh printer or Sawgrass printer and use with sublimation ink. Search Amazon for sublimation printer bundle and you will find setup printers ready to use for sublimation printing.
