Can i use to control seven lights wich depends on only a one switch ? Can i use with led bulbs lights ?

Calculate your load. The photocell will handle 1800 watts of old style tungsten lights or about 15 amps. It will handle 1100VA of ballasted lights or about 9 amps. Personally I would not want to load one of these with more than 8 amps of any type load. So add up the load in watts or VA from the light or ballast specifications. If they add up to less than the photocontrol's ratings you are good.

I do not know how to answer your question about turning it off after 4 hours. However, do not buy this light switch. It is a piece of junk. I bought two and they both failed in less than 2 months. My previous switch lasted 3 years before failing.
