My Thanksgiving cranberry sauce wouldn't be the same without this syrup! High quality. Not too strong of a vinegar flavor. Very elegant tasting. Highly recommend.

Good product, but see review below.
Interesting to note the bottle images given on AMZN are in French, which make it look like raspberry vinegar. The actual bottle is in English. The label is more clear, in that this is actually a raspberry puree, thickened w/ pectin, to which some vinegar has been added. So, it’s not as acidic as some other straight raspberry vinegar you might be used to. This definitely has a nice raspberry flavor which would be great for a salad dressing like raspberry vinigarette, but may need some adjusting for things like BBQ sauce.

I love this product. It is delicious. It's also a key ingredient in a salmon salad dish that I make. I used to buy it at Whole Foods, but it hasn't been on the shelves for months. I was hesitant to buy it on-line because I know it has an expiration date and there are no returns on this item. I tried making my salmon salad dish with champagne vinegar instead, but the flavor fell flat. I took a chance and ordered it here. It arrived yesterday. The first thing I did was check the expiration date, which is over a year out. So, I am thrilled to have a family favorite back on our shelves.

I love this product so much. It makes killer salad dressing. I keep it in my pantry at all times. It's better to buy it through Amazon.com than directly from the company due to shipping
