The GRAS (generally recognized as safe) formulation for liquid sucralose that Tate & Lyke uses, the original manufacture of liquid sucralose is at 25% concentration. They only sell liquid sucralose to commercial manufactures, and do not allow the sale of liquid sucralose whatsoever to the end consumer. We also use the same 25% concentration in our liquid sucralose, using any more than that concentration would not fall under GRAS. So 25% of the 4 ounces, being 1 ounce is the sucralose content.

Q: How many milliliters (not drops, please) is equivalent to 1 cup of Splenda powder? I currently use 1c powdered splenda in a pitcher of Kool-Aid.

There are 3 teaspoons in a tablespoon and 16 tablespoons in a cup. It says 1 drop is equivalent to 1 teaspoon of sugar, so then 48 drops would be equivalent to a cup of sugar.

I don't actually have an answer, but it's just about time for me to order again. I loved the blue glass bottles, too, and now I'm a little sad.
