Great gels. Tasty and no ill effects on stomach.

I used the gel for the first time in the run up to my latest 5k and I’m pretty sure it was the key to me achieving a new personal best cutting more than 90 seconds from my previous time! Taste takes a bit of getting used to but it goes down easily and I would recommend this product to others looking for that vital energy boost before, during and after a run or any other form of exercise.

I used this for extra energy when playing a tennis match. It certainly gave me the boost I needed BUT the taste is very strongly mint biased. I found it difficult to get down to be honest because of the intense mint taste which is bordering on very strong menthol.

Fantastic gels for when your blood sugar levels need replenishing - 2 types of sugar, one fast acting and one slightly slower, mean these give you energy for longer than single sugar gels.I never leave home without a couple of sachets in my pocket.

Sorry, I am a fan of "after eight" mint chocolates but these tasted like toothpaste to me.

The packets are fairly easy to open. The taste of the gel is refreshing, although not very chocolatey.

I really wish I never ordered these, the taste made me feel sick on my run and afterwards. It tasted like a mouthful of Toothpaste but, no refreshing !! I didn't feel any improvement within my energy levels.
