Been using this for years. It's one of the best multivitamins I've used. This one actually makes you feel different when you use it no matter how long you have been using it for. I take this along with a quality fish oil, aged garlic, oregano oil, and pqq and my vitals are better than average for my age. Try this and you won't be disappointed.

My husband starting these and saw results in 2days he is a chef and these help with the amount of work he has to do with long standing I have recommended these to some of my friends and they can't believe it's that good valve for money will be ordering a another bottle next week

Best supplement I have ever used

My brother only gets this and wants this so I always order it for him. Out of all the multivitamins I do think this is the only one you feel the difference and put together after awhile.

these are excellent I started taking years ago after a major operation I was very run down and my doctor prescribed these and I remember my boss at the time said it was like watching a rose bloom they really made such a difference just take as specifiedd on the bottle

I took Pharmaton vitamins for years and they were particularly effective when trying to recover from illness or feeling run down. A real boost to the energy levels. However, the product has obviously been subject to some changes as they are no longer in large capsule form but are now in small tablet form and unfortunately they are no longer as effective as they were. Also I've been experiencing sharp stomach cramps about an hour after taking them. Bring back the old Pharmaton please!!!!
